Drawing on more than 20 years of experience across accounting, technology, and strategic finance, he leads the firm's advisory work, fractional CFO engagements, and tax planning for owners in professional services, healthcare, property management and SaaS/Tech. A Morehouse graduate with an MBA from Georgia State, Reggie pairs big-picture strategy with disciplined internal controls so clients always know where they stand and where they're headed.

Adanya keeps the numbers, and the people behind them, moving in the right direction. With 15 years of experience at firms like Deloitte and BDO USA, she leads the bookkeeping, financial statement, and reporting work that gives our clients a clear, real-time picture of their business. She's known for tightening reporting cycles, strengthening controls, and building scalable workflows in QuickBooks, SAP, and Entrata. Her goal is simple: clean books, sharper insights, and finance operations owners can actually rely on.

Verlin helps business owners pay less in taxes and make smarter financial decisions year-round. As an Enrolled Agent and fractional CFO, he designs proactive tax strategies, builds cash flow forecasts, and develops the KPIs and budgets that turn financial data into a roadmap for growth. His analytical edge was sharpened in quantitative roles at Bank of America and Citi, and he brings that same rigor, plus modern tools and AI, to every client engagement.

Lore is the steady hand behind the scenes, making sure client work flows smoothly from intake to delivery. Since 2021, she's supported the firm's bookkeeping and payroll processes, managed client communications, and kept day-to-day operations running on time. With more than a decade of executive-level experience, she brings the structure and discretion that allow our accountants and advisors to focus on serving clients well.

David is usually the first friendly face new clients meet at Appropriate Accounting. He helps business owners figure out which of our services, bookkeeping, tax planning, payroll, or fractional CFO support, will actually move the needle for them. With a background in sales, workforce development, and ministry, he listens first, explains things in plain English, and stays involved long after onboarding to make sure clients are getting real value from the work.
